Since the latest Update for the S7, July 2017, all my Email folders are blank except the inbox and Recycle folders, the list of folders shows "x" number of emails in Drafts, Sent, and so on but when opened thay are blank.

While Outlook does allow you to sync with IMAP, you'll have direct syncing tools through Google by upgrading to a premium Google Apps account.
